Camp Hours and Schedule
Operating Schedule
Our preschool summer camp, spanning from June to August, operates from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This offers 2 to 6-year-olds a full day of exciting activities and learning opportunities for your little ones. Please note that the camp is closed on July 4 (when it occurs on a weekday) in observance of Independence Day, and camp ends at 12 PM rather than the usual 5:30 PM ending time on the final day of camp.
Morning Routine
To maintain a structured environment, all campers are required to arrive before 9:30 AM. This allows us to streamline our activities efficiently and ensures every child can make the most of their camp experience right from the start of the day. While we ask parents to feed their child breakfast before arriving at camp, we provide an additional snack from 9:00 to 9:30 AM to give campers extra fuel for the day’s adventures. Please note that after 9:30 AM, entry to the Woodcrest Preschool facility is not permitted unless prior notice is given.
Late Arrivals
In the event of a scheduled appointment, an exception to the 9:30 AM cut-off can be made if the preschool is notified at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to make necessary arrangements to accommodate changes without disrupting our planned activities.

We understand that each year might bring slight adjustments to our schedule due to different needs and ideas arising from our ongoing commitment to innovate our camp offerings. While our core hours tend to remain consistent, stay tuned for any updates that might further enhance our camp experience.

Friday Water Play Adventures
Fridays at our preschool summer camp are dedicated to fun-filled water play activities, including occasional foam parties. These sessions provide a refreshing way for children to stay active while encouraging social interaction and physical development.
To ensure every camper is ready, each participating 2 to 6-year-old will receive a designated water play bag. This bag, brought to and from school each Friday, will hold the essentials needed for the day’s activities. A detailed list of required items will be provided to help you prepare your child for an enjoyable and well-organized water play experience.
Nourishing Lunch and Snack Options
Daily Snack Times
We provide two nutritious snacks each day to keep your child energized and focused. Morning snacks are served from 9:00 am to 9:30 am, and afternoon snacks are provided from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
Lunches Packed by Parents
We ask parents to pack a balanced lunch for their child each day. This ensures that every camper enjoys a meal tailored to their tastes and dietary preferences.
Pizza Wednesdays
On Wednesdays, we take care of lunch! Campers enjoy a pizza lunch complete with fresh fruit, vegetables, and a sweet treat to round out their day. This midweek break from packing lunches adds a touch of fun and convenience for both parents and children.

Payment Details
Tuition is due in advance by the 1st of each month.
Payments are processed automatically via Tuition Express, which accepts:
- Checking account
- Savings account
- Credit card (3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments).
Late tuition payments incur a $25.00 weekly late fee.
Returned payments are subject to a $25.00 NSF fee.
Sibling Discount
Families enrolling multiple children receive a 5% tuition discount for the second child.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our summer camp offers age-appropriate activities that all preschool ages can enjoy, combining our summer camp for 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds, and 4-year-olds with our summer camp for 5-year-olds and 6-year-olds.
Our summer camp kicks off in early to mid-June, and continues through early to mid-August, with three exciting camp sessions scheduled.
Your child will enjoy 10 themed weeks filled with age-appropriate activities such as cooking lessons, science experiments, music sessions, arts and crafts, water play days, and more. Each week has its own unique theme like World of Art & Music and Mad Scientist Week.
Sunblock and sunscreen should be applied by parents every morning. Our teachers will reapply as needed throughout the day. Please submit a sunblock and sunscreen form and ensure all items are labeled and in a ziplock bag.
We provide two snacks daily: one between 9:00 am – 9:30 am, and another from 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm. Our snacks are both nutritious and delicious!
Camp hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. All campers need to be at school before 9:30 am unless a prior appointment has been notified 12 hours in advance.
For safety reasons, we do not allow on-campus food delivery services like Grubhub or DoorDash. Please send lunch with your child, use Bright Belly, or personally deliver their lunch.
